Feng Shui Benefits and Results

Sometimes when you Feng Shui your home or any building the whole atmosphere can feel rocky.

Sometimes your intentions of placing something in a particular way can bring immediate results.

Some months ago a client asked me to do a Feng Shui consultation because she wanted to focus her energy on her writing rather than a job that she hated. After doing all the cures that I suggested (especially placing any elephant at the front door with the trunk facing the Creativity Wall) she wrote me to say she wrote her Screenplay and won an award within about 6 months of the treatment.

Summer Feng Shui

Are you getting a lot of critters in your home or garden? You can protect your building or the boundaries of your property by writing with your finger all around the outside PROTECTION PROTECTION PROTECTION.

Does that sound weird? Well, Feng Shui cures are all about creating and communication of your intentions.

Of course, cleaning debris and dead plant materials also helps.

Feng Shui for Protection on Electrical Magnetic Energy

Living with our computers and smartphones, tablets and smart tv’s we have so much electrical magnetic energies in our home that could be affecting our health and sleep.

Putting red dots on all power cords and surge protectors and appliances especially those with Bluetooth or wireless connections limits the effects of the energy. Keeping equipment in cabinets is also helps to contain the energies especially before going to sleep.

If you must spend hours in a room with a lot of electrical activity creating a protective wall of live plants will absorb the electrical activity.

Similarly spending most of the day on the computer can drain all your energy away. Keeping red gemstones near the vicinity of the computer, wearing red clothes or shoes or red dots on the soles of your shoes can help ground the energy rather than your body absorbing the energy.

Are You Sleeping Well??

The Feng Shui in the bedroom is crucial for good sleep.  To sleep with your head positioned at the North direction is the best for sleep.  If you can’t have your head to the north the next best is South.  When you put your head South you want to put a 1-inch square mirror on the opposite wall facing the bed just about where the wall meets the floor.  This cure  says the mirror reflects the head of the bed to be to the North.

Feng Shui also suggests not to have your feet facing the doorway to the bedroom.  This is because one doesn’t want to be reminded when we die we’ll be carried usually out of our bed feet first.

If you are sleeping in a room with a window on the east side of the building, it’s good to have curtains that block out the light.

Also if your bedroom faces a noisy street you can buy curtains that absorb sound.

Feng Shui Colors for the bedroom are cool blues, greens, soft whites.  Calming and cooling.

Midsummer Look at Life

I find midsummer a good time to review where I’m at in terms of job, creativity, etc.  It’s a good time to start something new.

In the summer we have more energy.  The days are longer.  The sun can make us feel more optimistic. People tend to feel more lethargic in the winter.

If you are thinking about a new job or a new place to live or want to start a new project, summer is a great time for that.

The Helpful people corner is the one that helps changes move along in the most relaxed easy way.

One Feng Shui tip is to have an elephant ornament pointed trunk first at the helpful people corner.  This action emphasizes your intention and openess for something new to happen. The Helpful People corner is also enhancing Travels if you are planning a trip or want to travel more.
